How I start my Day

What are your morning rituals? What does the first hour of your day look like?

My morning rituals have changed over the past few years with some similarities.  A couple of years ago it was a lick on nose, from our one pup, that would be my wake up call and then a cuddle from our second pup.   Now it’s a little more laid back we have only one pup and he’s still a puppy, and he likes to lick your ear followed by lots of demonstrative yawing and stretching.  I’ll have to admit it’s very sweet but can make my morning timing crunched.  From there it’s get dressed for the gym, brush my teeth, take my probiotics grab my workout drink and off I go to make my 6 am training.  Then back home to shower and make Mom breakfast.

I have people that are staying in places of work because of fear and guilt but dream about what it would be like to do work that they truly love. I also work with people that have been in relationships where they feel like they just don't fit in. The skills that you learn in Life Coaching will help with all of this, you will gain clarity and direction and you will learn skills that you can apply again and again to achieve the results you are looking for.
